The Airlie Guest House is a listed building, part of a Georgian terrace, it is Totally Non Smoking and personally run by proprietors Peter and Fiona Flynn.
A warm welcome is offered to all our guests as well as clean comfortable rooms, a good breakfast and reasonable rates.
We are situated on the south side of the City of Edinburgh, just over a mile from Princes Street, on the main A701, only 3 miles from the Straiton Junction exit of the Edinburgh City by-pass. The Airlie is on an excellent bus route with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes.
Only a mile from the High Street, five minutes from the Royal Commonwealth Pool and with a wide range of eating and drinking establishments in the immediate area, the Airlie is the perfect base whether you are visiting Edinburgh for business or pleasure.
Our large private car park at the rear of the Guest House takes the worry out of where to park. We also have a WiFi hotspot.
